Review of Salvation in Noodles - authentic Vietnamese noodles!
With the ever expanding food scene in London, it takes effort to visit every restaurant on my list of places to try. Salvation in Noodles has been on my list for too long, so one sunny Saturday I decided to tick it off once and for all.
God Knows why I didn’t do it sooner!
My main aim was to have the chicken wings – I’ve been salivating over the Instagram pictures for far too long. But as I was dining by myself, I was pretty limited in what I could have. Not being able to order what you want because you physically can’t fit anymore food into your body is any foodie’s biggest nightmare!
So I had to settle on the lunch time set meal instead. Which turned out to be a pretty good deal - a starter and a main for under a tenner. And there’s a good selection of dishes for you to choose from.
I settled for the following:
One piece Summer Roll – a chunky roll of vermicelli, lettuce, carrot and prawns, all wrapped up inside a soft rice sheet. It’s served with a generous dose of hoisin sauce. Simply refreshing and a perfect little snack.
